Simon was a pivotal member of Hastings Change and Continuous Improvement team. He was the lead author on the CI vision & strategy and was able to move quickly from high level strategy to detailed tactical delivery. During his time at Hastings he and his team delivered tangible benefits to customers, colleagues and the company. These included c.300k Customer getting an enhanced MTA journey/experience, IVR improvements, the launch of AVAYA Call Back service and up to £8.5m reduction in indemnity for claims. He also has a passionate for developing others and building CI capabilities. This ranged from working lunches with teams across the business to Yellow, Green and Black Belt development programmes. A class act. A decent bloke. I look forward to our paths crossing again.
